Activity:
You will discover Moroccan cuisine during this group cooking class for 4 hours, including market shopping, the preparation of a traditional dish for lunch. Then, you will prepare a traditional Moroccan meal such as couscous or Tagine. Finish by having lunch with your comrades in the courtyard of a Riad, a traditional Moroccan house. This small group class, limited to 12 participants.
Follow your guide to the market to buy the vegetables and ingredients needed to prepare your dish.
Once you have finished shopping, return to your riad to start your practical cooking session. Follow the instructions of your chef when preparing a typical Moroccan dish such as tagine or comparable tangia (composed of couscous with vegetables and meat).Then; immerse yourself in your freshly prepared meal in the beautiful courtyard of your riad. You will also leave your session with a vedio, allowing you to recreate your dish when you return
